The most important part of EASA's training methods is the emphases of tactics. We continue to educate our players the theories of various tactical styles depending on the wants and needs, as well as the strengths and weaknesses, of each team that we train. It is why we feel that one of the most important part of training is helping players to "vision" what it is that they are being thought.
EASA
continuously perform tactical training sessions on and off the field. Off the field, we have classroom sessions, where
players can learn the exact methods of play that each team needs to perform to, by usage of boards and video. On the field, we
take what they have learned in the classroom, and enhance the style needed by various group training drills. The drills are
strategically done so that as they continue to gain the experience needed, they can begin to perform without the need to have
them constantly be told what to do.
Success is a Choice
EASA will provide players the direction that they need and will put players in environments that will challenge their decision making process, thus allowing them to find success in challenging situations which will lead to individual and team success, as well as failure at times where a player will be held accountable for finding a way to be successful.
EASA truly
feels that our sport is a unique one in that we do not have time-outs to call if the flow of the game is not in our
favor, nor do we have plays that are called once we cross the middle of the field. Our game is one that is constantly free flowing
demanding that players solve the physical and mental problems that arise individually during the heat of battle. With the proper
technical and tactical training, EASA believes that
players will become increasingly more confident in their abilities, and thus reach higher levels of achievement. We truly believe
that success is a choice.
Real Training, Real Development,
Real Results!
"In the past six years that I've known Dean, his players have always come to me in a fantastic physical and mental state; ready to compete."
