EASA has been developing goalkeepers for over 20 years. We make it simple for beginners and intensify the training as the athlete gains more confidence and experience.
We start right at the basics, which allows our goalkeepers to be comfortable
and confident as they train. We also feel that we can provide certain drills for the goalkeepers to take home with them, so that they can also work on their own. In fact, we
provide a program that we like to call Back Yard training, which is specially designed address the basics that a goalkeeper will learn, and then take home and continue
to develop good habits. Just a little activity on a daily basis, in the back yard, is all you need to make a good start.
As we progress, we will include team training sessions, one-to-one coaching and group sessions. We will then move into sessions that can be used at the higher levels...then you will be able to pick and choose your level.
