Our Soccer Training Objective:

The objective of EASA is to help the way youth players learn and receive the game of soccer in the United States, and use many of the training methods from those of successful youth academy programs in Europe. Most parents in the USA feel that children's objectives from a very young age is to win games; we feel that the true objective is to teach children the true fundamentals of soccer, regardless of the score. We feel that the true, important aspects of the game for youth players, are proper technical skills, basic tactical concepts, and developing a love for the game. As players mature, our training will help players achieve the specific fundamental foundation to excel in the sport so that they can play at the highest level possible, while enjoying the process of learning.

Our staff are passionate about what we do, we enjoy teaching the sport to children, and enjoy watching the improvement of players as they get older. The emphasis of our training is to help children not only work on technique, but also work immediately on tactics, something that most experienced trainers fail to do. The emphasis on most trainers is to work primarily on technique, thus creating confusion as to how the game needs to be played, and also creates tactical inexperience as the players get older.

We teach children not only the importance of the "triangle," but, more importantly, the importance of the "diamond," and create drills that not only help children with both elements, but we make it fun for them as well. Finally, our staff at EASA have also helped many athletes understand the importance of being a "student athlete" and have assisted parents with keeping an eye on their children's grades. For the past few years, we have either met, or have spoken to several of the counselors in several school districts, to help with several of the players educational needs. We also have an impressive network of college coach's, and help players, as they become Juniors and Seniors, with the opportunity of playing at a college level.
